Onboard API to MCP Gateway

Use this task to expose an existing API through MCP Gateway.

Typical steps:

• select or create an API
• select or create an API version
• choose a deployment mode
• link the API version to a gateway or sidecar instance
• select MCP tools
• configure access control when required
