Create App

Use this form to register a client application.

After submission, the app can own OAuth clients and can be linked to service instances.

Important fields:

• appId: stable app identifier for the host
• appName: user-facing app name
• isKafkaApp: whether this app uses Kafka-specific behavior
• ownerPositionId: optional position owner for team access
